Workouts: circuit training 30min

Finally a little movement in the bodyfat department. Was wondering how long it was going to be before i saw something. I don't think it's especially accurate but it does move down consistently with weight loss.

No progress in the poundage department lately but i've been hitting the weights hard so that doesn't entirely suprise me. I'm a tad sore.
